We're hiring an early-stage Sales & Go-To-Market (GTM) leader to join our growing team as we scale Holly, the platform transforming how local governments manage their workforce. This role is an opportunity to drive sales strategy, build foundational customer relationships, and help define our market approach.
Holly's mission is to bring millions of Americans into public service through software that treats them with hospitality and care. We're building the first AI-powered platform to help local governments effectively design and manage their workforces, beginning with automated job design and compensation benchmarking.
Founded by former public servants and civic tech leaders who incubated the company at Harvard Innovation Labs, we've raised $2.2M from investors including J2 Ventures, Roble Ventures, Gaingels, and prominent govtech founders.
Our platform is live with jurisdictions representing 1% of the US population, with rapid demand from cities and counties looking to replace expensive consultants ($300K+ annually) and modernize their workforce strategies.
We need a self-driven, entrepreneurial sales leader excited to shape our go-to-market strategy, build relationships with government stakeholders, and drive revenue growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
